A study-relaxation area is also available where you can read in a comfortable armchair, which can also be transformed into a bed. single, one of the volumes that make up the small library of the house, also suitable for children, listening to background music. In the apartment there is a Google Nest Hub to vocally control all the lights in the house and the roller shutter of the dining room window. In the garden there is a large gazebo with table and chairs and a barbecue.  The private garage for the car is available free of charge. We accept pets with a surcharge.
